Jeanne Lancaster Riverton

I have studied Broadway, Folk, Classical, and Opera for over 20 years and earned a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance from George Mason University. I also have additional training in both the Suzuki and Kodaly methods of teaching music. As a young singer I was very shy, and over the years I learned how to strengthen and grow my voice, as well as my confidence in performing. As a result, I love helping my students also learn to grow their vocal ability and performance skills. I do everything I can to make lessons fun and give my students a sense of success in a nurturing environment. I provide a Google Classroom to make practicing easier for my students. I also help them find and prepare for auditions and other performance opportunities that match their interests, as well as provide recital opportunities. Whether it's a young child, teen, or adult, I love helping all voices grow!
