Jason Anderson – SLC

I have recently moved back to SLC after living in New York for almost 30 years as a drummer, a school band teacher, and a band leader. I have Masters degrees in Jazz Performance and Music Education, have studied with the greatest teachers including John Riley, Kim Plainfield and Richie Morales, and have been playing and teaching for almost 40 years. I have played in bands and shows of every type, size and shape, have been an adjudicator for state jazz and percussion festivals, and have played with, recorded and/or toured with many great artists, including Randy Brecker, Todd Coolman, Jon Faddis, Doug Munro, Tom Harrell, Sam Cardon, Kenneth Cope, Don Lewis, the Sun Masons, Ice-9, The Big Apple Circus, and my own 17-piece big band, the U r kul. Project, (which is soon to re-appear here in SLC).
