Tayler Duby/Salt Lake Valley Trumpet Lessons

Hi! My name is Tayler Duby and I run a private trumpet studio in the Salt Lake Valley. I currently hold the Adjunct Professor of Trumpet position at SLCC, an Associate Educator License in Music Education (Utah), an MM degree in Instrumental Performance from the University of Utah, and a BM degree in Music Education from the University of Nevada, Reno. I’ve been teaching in the area for 2.5 years and I’ve prepared students for college auditions, solo & ensemble, honor band, school ensemble auditions, solo performances, and most recently, recitals and competitions. In addition to my teaching career, I am also a freelance musician in SLC and have performed with The Grand Theater, Hart Theater Company, Utah Festival Opera & Musical Theater Company, and Salt Lake Symphony.
