Hi, I’m Tamra Baca! I’m a cello teacher who loves helping students of all ages—kids, teens, and adults—discover the joy of playing. I teach both online and in person, working with beginners through advanced players. My passion is classical music, and I have extensive chamber music experience, though I can teach some contemporary styles if needed. I earned my bachelor’s and master’s degrees in music from Utah State University, and my lessons focus on building solid technique, playing with others, performing with confidence, and developing great practice habits. The best part of teaching for me is sharing my love for music and seeing that spark when a student has a breakthrough.
